Once you have made a purchase and have any further questions please do so within the first 24 hours of receiving your garment.

Shipping and Handling:
Australia Post will be used to send your tracked item with the option of standard or express. 

Upon cleared payment the order will be sent out the next business day.
Please allow 1-4 days to receive your order.


Preferred method of payment is via Paypal it is safe, fast and reliable service.
Please be advised that paying via Paypal there is an incurred surcharged of 3% fee. Paypal payment takes 3-5 business days to clear funds, once funds have been cleared items will be sent the next business day. Upon payment being cleared you will receive an update confirming your payment has been cleared, followed with a tracking number.

Check Before You Buy:

Please make sure your Paypal contact details and postal address are up to date. The item you purchase will be sent to the postal address provided on your Paypal. NOTE: Hot Latina Jeans will not be liable for the item shipped to the incorrect postal address

Returns & Exchanges Policy:

Return & Exchanges that are accepted, the item must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

In order to get a refund or exchange please contact us on hotlatinajeans@hotmail.com and explain why you would like to return your item, and return within 7 days including your invoice/receipt.  

Please note that the item must be its original condition, not washed, ripped, worn and must include the original packaging and tags if these were provided.
Refund will be given as Money Back.

Exchanges are subject to availability. 
The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If an exchange is requested, customer is responsible for cost of reshipment both ways.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable in case of returning and\or exchanging.

We do NOT refund on sale items, but you can exchange it for another item on our website of equal value or more.  

  • Returns must be made within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Our store policy is that we do not accept exchanges after 7 days.
  • If you are not satisfied with our product you could exchange for style  and size or store credit ONLY.
  • Please allow 3 to 5 days to process your exchange.
  • We do not issue refunds for change of mind or making the wrong decision.
  • Garments must be with all labels, packaging and in the same condition it was received by you, so your return will be accepted.
  • Due to hygiene purposes we do not exchange or refund on intimate or swimmers. 

Please send us a message requesting information from the return address. Once you send the merchandise we are not responsible for loss of the shipping company. For this reason we advise to ensure all orders have a tracking number available so you can track your package.
